About Us

At Rising Sun Recovery, we provide a home where individuals with substance use disorders can learn, grow and make a commitment to a new life. Our recovery residence and support services make it possible for individuals to maintain their recovery and to rebuild a self-sufficient life for themselves and their families.  Rising Sun Recovery was born out of the 12th step of Narcotics Anonymous, which reads; 

“Having had a spiritual awakening as a result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to addicts and to practice these principles in all our affairs!”
